1、 Preparation stage


Choose the appropriate filter material:

2、 Filter forming and packaging


Filter forming:


Fold the pre treated nylon filter material according to the designed shape and size to form the initial form of the filter element. This step is the key to the production of the filter element, which determines the filtering area and shape of the filter element.


The folding structure of the filter element greatly increases the filtration area, thereby improving the filtration efficiency and pollutant holding capacity.


Encapsulation and fixation:

3、 Filtering process


Filtering principle:
