1、 Preparation work


Equipment inspection: Ensure that the glove integrity tester is in good condition, the power supply is normal, and the sensors and other components are not damaged.


Glove preparation: Select the gloves to be tested and ensure that they are sealed around without damage or air leakage.


Connecting equipment: Connect the gloves to the connection interface of the detector (such as the trachea or chuck) correctly to ensure good sealing.


2、 Set parameters


Enter the operation interface: After powering on, enter the main operation interface and select the appropriate user permissions (such as super administrator, administrator, or user).


Set device parameters: Check and set the relevant parameters of the device, such as inflation pressure, testing time, etc., to ensure compliance with testing requirements.


3、 Testing process


Select testing mode: Depending on actual needs, choose online or offline mode for testing. The online mode usually requires the detector to be installed on the box and tested with the help of a chuck; In offline mode, the gloves are directly installed on the chuck for testing.


Start testing: After entering the testing parameters, click the start testing button. The detector will inflate the inside of the glove and detect any gas leaks from the outside of the glove.


Observation results: During the testing process, pay attention to the display interface of the detector, check the inflation pressure, holding pressure status, and pressure attenuation. Determine whether the gloves are qualified based on the pressure attenuation situation.


4、 Data recording and processing


Record data: For each glove tested, its test results should be recorded, including information such as completeness and leakage location. This helps track the use of gloves and replace damaged gloves in a timely manner.


Print report: After the test is completed, you can choose to print the test data or report for archiving and traceability purposes.


5、 Maintenance and upkeep


Regular cleaning: Use a soft cloth and neutral soapy water to wipe the casing and components of the detector, avoiding the use of strong chemicals or cleaning agents.


Check the interface: Regularly inspect the connection interface for looseness or damage to ensure good sealing.


Storage environment: Store the detector in a clean, dry, room temperature, and vibration free environment to avoid damage to the equipment caused by high temperature, humidity, and dust.


6、 Precautions


Safe operation: During the testing process, ensure that there are no obstacles around the gloves to prevent accidents.


Correct installation: Install the gloves and the connecting components of the detector correctly according to the user manual to ensure good sealing.


Timely handling of issues: In case of abnormal test results or equipment malfunctions, it is necessary to promptly refer to the equipment manual for troubleshooting or contact the manufacturer for technical support and maintenance.
