PTFE sintered filter element, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sintered filter element, is a filter element made of pure PTFE raw material sintered at high temperature and high pressure. The following is a detailed analysis of its filtering performance:


1、 Chemical stability


Excellent characteristics: Polytetrafluoroethylene hardly undergoes chemical reactions with other substances, which gives it extremely strong chemical stability. Therefore, during the filtration process, the filter element can effectively prevent the leakage or contamination of chemical substances, ensuring the purity and safety of the filtered liquid.

2、 Heat resistance


High temperature stability: PTFE sintered filter element can withstand high temperatures up to 200 ℃, and even higher temperatures in some cases. No "threshing" phenomenon: The inner and outer surfaces of the fully sintered filter element under high temperature and high pressure are very smooth and tightly bonded, and there will be no "threshing" phenomenon that pollutes the fluid.
