Sanitary grade stainless steel multi-core T-shaped filters are widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and dairy products, and their standards usually involve multiple aspects such as material, structure, performance, and connection methods. The following are the relevant standards for sanitary grade stainless steel multi-core T-type filters based on reference articles:


1、 Material standards


Shell material: Usually made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, these two materials have good corrosion resistance and hygiene performance, and comply with the "GMP" standards in the pharmaceutical industry.


Filter element material: The material of the filter element also needs to meet hygiene requirements, commonly including stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. The specific choice depends on the filter medium and filtration requirements.


2、 Structural standards


Multi core design: Multi core T-shaped filters are composed of multiple filter elements, and the number of filter elements can be customized according to customer needs. Common ones include 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 cores, etc., and can even reach dozens of cores.


Connection method: The inlet and outlet pipelines are connected to the working pipeline, with different interfaces such as quick opening, flange, and inner wire. If customers require special specification joints, they can be processed separately. There are also three internationally recognized standards for the plug of the filter element, 222, 226, and flat head, for users to choose from.


Sealing materials: EPDM, silicone, etc. are often used as sealing materials to ensure good sealing performance and prevent leakage.


3、 Performance standards


Filtering accuracy: Select the appropriate filtering accuracy based on customer needs and media characteristics to ensure the filtering effect.


Flow rate and pressure: Determine the theoretical flow rate and pressure range of the filter based on its specifications and the number of filter elements.


Corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance: Due to the application of stainless steel material, the filter has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for various media and environments.


4、 Other standards


Surface treatment: Double mirror polishing treatment is applied to the surface of the shell to improve aesthetics and hygiene performance.


Customization of Processing: Customization of processing can be carried out according to customer needs, including the number, length, and interface method of filter cartridges.


Compliance with regulations: The product must comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as GMP specifications in the pharmaceutical industry.
