1、 Composition of activated carbon filter cartridge

The inner layer of the filter element is made of polypropylene skeleton, which is used to enhance the pressure resistance strength of the filter element. The frame is covered with two layers of polypropylene ultrafine fiber felt, which can intercept the liquid passing through the carbon core and bring out particles larger than 10 microns. The outer layer of the carbon core is coated with two layers of polypropylene ultrafine fiber felt, which can intercept particles larger than 10-20 microns in the liquid, making the filter element have dual functions of filtration and purification.

The outer layer is a white plastic mesh cover, which makes the appearance of the filter element complete and clean. The filter element is equipped with soft nitrile rubber end caps at both ends, which ensures good sealing after the filter element is installed in the filter cartridge. The finished activated carbon filter cartridge is tightly packaged with plastic film to prevent contamination and maintain its freshness. Activated carbon filters have good adsorption properties and can effectively remove residual chlorine, odors, color, and organic matter from water.

2、 Type of activated carbon filter cartridge

1. The compressed activated carbon filter adopts coal based activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon with high adsorption value as filter materials, and is sintered and compressed with food grade adhesive. A layer of non-woven fabric with filtering function is wrapped inside and outside the compressed activated carbon filter element to ensure that the carbon core itself does not drop carbon powder. Soft nitrile rubber gaskets are installed at both ends of the carbon core to provide good sealing performance when entering the filter cartridge.

2. The bulk activated carbon filter cartridge places the required activated carbon particles into a specialized plastic shell, and the end caps are welded to the two ends of the shell using welding equipment. Non woven filters are placed on each end of the shell to ensure that the carbon core does not drip carbon powder and black water during use. According to user needs, the shell end cover can be made into different types of connection ports, with interface methods including flat press and pipe type.
